This website, like many had a video of the news report where a woman went upp the mountain and described what she saw. Her discriptions were very similar to the ones i saw on the trail. She explained the reasons for all the events taking place and helped me further understand the significance of the monument.

In this section of the daily newspaper, there is a big picture of people praying to god on the top of the mountain and a brief description of Mount Cristo Rey and what it is.
